And we have a no-quibble 7-day refund policy! So if you decide it’s not the right fit, just email login to Concierge and send us a support request and we will issue you with a full refund, providing your request is made within the first 7-days of signing up.
IS THE NUMBER OF SUPPORT REQUESTS CAPPED?
As part of your subscription you can submit up to 10 support requests per calendar month, per user.
We’ve put this in place so that we can honour timely responses for everyone and in our experience 10 questions per user is more than sufficient.
However, you will note that with added team members, you have access to up to 60 questions on the monthly plan and 110 questions on the annual plan across your team.
